These are three 20mm length M2.5 metric machine screws with a slotted screwdriver head. The rounded shape of the slotted top is referred to as a cheese head. It looks a bit like one part of a circular cheese sliced in half across the equator. 20mm refers to the length of the threaded part only. M2.5 is an indication of the diameter of the threaded part, but it's not an exact measurement of it, which measures 2.39mm across the threads. Machine screw specifications can get seriously complicated if you really drill down into the detail.
In this kit, you can use these long screws along with the three nuts and some of the washers to secure the terminal strip into a plastic enclosure, such as the tape cassette case shown on the main page.
