6V Pre-Wired Red LED



These have a resistor in one of the wires which results in a current of about 20mA when connected to 6V D.C.  If you want to run at 12V you will need to change it to 560R or add in another resistor of 390R in series.  I once had an irate customer for these, sold separately from this kit.

Irate Customer:  "You've sent me white LEDs.  I demand to have red ones immediately!"  He said.
Henry:                'Well they light up red, Major, when you actually bother to try them.'
